Ressources humaines et Développement Social Canada et le Conseil canadien pour les ressources humaines en agriculture (CCRHA) rendent disponible aux entreprises agricoles canadiennes, le programme Objectif Carrière en Agriculture. Ce programme permet aux employeurs de recevoir une subvention salariale pour embaucher un jeune employé pour une période de 4 à 10 mois. Les stagiaires éligibles doivent être diplômés d’une institution postsecondaire en agriculture. Le programme Objectif Carrière a pour but d’offrir aux jeunes canadiens des possibilités d’emplois qui encourageront leur embauche à long-terme dans l’industrie agricole.
